DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes. Due to hygiene reasons for item/s in new condition, unused and in the original packaging we offer a 14 day exchange from the date of receiving your item/s. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item for assessment. Email us on hello@whipdskin.com. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable and return postage is paid by the sender. Whipd pty ltd. Will not be responsible for items being returned being lost in postage.

INCORRECT, FAULTY OR MISSING PRODUCTS?
If you have received an incorrect or a faulty product, please contact us upon receiving your purchase. You have up to 7 days from receiving the product to notify us of the fault. Email hello@whipdskin.com with detailed description, photos and your online tax invoice from whipd. Order confirmation emails will not be accepted. WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
If the product complies with the mentioned criteria refunds for your purchase will be given using your original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited onto your account. We advise you keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Whipd pty ltd.
